One of my projects is going live in mid April to a world-wide audience of thousands of users, and we decided to conduct a bug bash.
According to Wikipedia, "bug bash is where all the developers, testers, program managers, usability researchers, designers, documentation folks, and even sometimes marketing people, put aside their regular day-to-day duties and pound on the product to get as many eyes on the product as possible."
We are planning to have 8-10 people participate in the bash, and I am sure I'll have some lessons learned to share. Please come back on April 3 for an update.
